Born `72, living in Nuremberg since 1993. Frauke Mück has been and is working on a major in life itself. As an artist she is self-taught; the most current fine-tuning was provided by Dean Brandon Williams (academic painter). She prioritizes technical quality and use of materials as well as diversity and experimenting. Her favourite materials are oil colours, supported by letter press printing and hand proofing. Stencils, graphic, performance … just as long as it’s not boring. She concentrates mainly on phantastic painting (escapism), collages and portraits. Since 2007 she has been exhibiting extensively.
